Rental includes exclusive use of The Barn for up to 4 people with private parking for two vehicles. Beds made up with towels provided. Use of woodland, meadows, lake, rowing boat, folly, camp and glade shared with the owners. (all activities are taken at own personal risk).

CHECK-IN IS AFTER 4.00PM & CHECK-OUT IS BEFORE 10.30AM

We arrange check-in and out for you to manage independently of us. However, we are often around and hope to meet you during your stay. Please respect the check-in/out timings to avoid delays to other guests.

35% Reservation Deposit at time of booking to secure reservation. Balance due 14 days prior to arrival with an additional £250 damage deposit (returnable 7 days after departure. Payment by bank transfer only.
